REFUND POLICY

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY USA ORDERS (excluding Puerto Rico) NO EXCHANGES You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns. We do not offer exchanges. You will receive a refund of the product price you paid minus a return postage fee of $7.00. The original cost of shipping your tippy type to you is non-refundable. If you opted in to Route package protection to protect the delivery of your items(s) to you, the cost of Route package protection is also non-refundable. To start a return process, please email returns@tippytype.co and we will email you a return label via USPS to ship your item back to us. Please put your order number in the subject line and we will be in touch with next steps. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for a reply. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive an email back from us shortly after reaching out. Once we receive your item please allow 10-14 business days to issue your refund.
